"Error downloading workout steps" error

I can confirm this issue, it's happening since the last update (build ver. 3.3) on Android 5.0, Samsung Galaxy S5.
Tried clearing app cache, no help.

Also workouts are wrong on the training calendar on my 920XT (wrong thing on wrong day - duplicated from another day - previously Sunday's activity on Wednesday, now Wednesdays activity on Sunday!) despite them being right on GC and GCM (if unable to view steps as per this problem!)

I am experiencing the same issue with Android Nexus 6p

Same problem with forerunner 220 since update cannot see the workout steps and error message shows.
Please advise solution

I was hoping that the February 11th update would resolve this issue, but unfortunately it's still there. Please fix. It was working great before!

Everyone having this issue, go to Google Play and write a 1-star review for Garmin Connect Mobile in order to motivate them and fix this issue.

I'm having the same issue on my Galaxy S5 with version 3.3.1 (I'm a forerunner 225 user).

also: I rescheduled my calendar by two weeks, maybe this has something to do with it?

Same issue for me. I put a 1 star rating in play store and almost immediately got a response saying to send an email to [email][email protected][/email] so they can work through it with me. Forerunner 235.
