Removing apps/widgets/data screens in gq mobile?

Is there a way to remove an app or a watchface or widget etc. By using gq mobile?

I know there is the iq store in mobile. But that only downloads eg apps.

Can I manage what is in the watch? Or is it only in qc express? Using gq mobile for android.

Yes, you can manage Connect IQ apps by going to Device Settings and selecting the Connect IQ menu.
