Error: there was a problem when trying to access the garmin connect

I've installed normally my garmin connect at my samsung note 3 (android 4.4.2) but when a put my e-mail and password I receive this message "there was a problem when trying to access the garmin connect". I'm sure that the problem is not may login and password, because I can connect normally with my notebook browser.

Can someone help me please.

I have the same problem

At first - I had problems with synching and connecting to the activity data. So I thought I would reinstall the app - and now I cannot log in, it gives me the same messaga as yours. did you find a solution?

I had an issue with my PC so I looked at the Garmin FAQ section where it said to use system defaults for internet connection. When I went to change it, I saw that the install of a VPN had flipped that setting.

I would guess one of you folks might have a similar issue.

No VPN is set up on my Galaxy S5...

Got it!!!

Just set the time on the phone to automatic.

I changed it to manual because i'm out of the country and time was wrong on the phone...
