All of my other features work properly. When trying to sync as an activity tracker to record my daily step count I receive and error message that reads. I am currently using a null as an activity tracker. Then I am asked to decide which device (I don't have not have I ever had another device for step counting)I would like to use. If I choose Epix it doesn't connect and tells me an error has occurred. Someone please help😉
I'll ask the standard IT Helpdesk question - on your watch do you have the Epix set to be an activity tracker? Also, how are you trying to connect to GC? Through Bluetooth or Garmin Express?
