I recently got a vivoactive, which I love. However, I've been having intermittent issues with text notifications not putting up a push notification.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 with the most recent Connect Mobile app, and I've updated my watch to the most recent build.
Basically, I DO get text notifications, but I have to scroll over to the notifications page to see them. I will get maybe one in ten where I get the buzz/push notification to inform me that I have a text message. Otherwise, I just have to periodically scroll over to see if I have a text message.
I'm not having this issue with Facebook or e-mails, only text messages. Again, I'll get the notification, it just isn't pushing through as a notice with a buzz.
What I've tried so far:
- Factory reset of the watch.
- Deleted the app and reinstalled it
- Put a lock screen on phone to verify phone was on "lock" when getting messages.
Any ideas? I've tried to search the forums, but everything I've come across seems to be related to not getting notifications at all or not being able to read them, not issues just with the push/buzz.
