Weather information on vivosmart hr

Hi guys, on vivosmart hr there is a screen showing the "weather waiting for data". how is it possible to synchronize it?

Another question: is it possible to see the heart pulse directly on the first screen or in somehow change the order of the pages shown?

Help Please! I'm Still WAITING for Weather Data to Sync

Aloha,

My Confidence is extremely high in believing I have followed instructions to the letter in enabling Location Services on my iPhone 5s (privacy - Location Services "ON" - Weather APP set to "Always"). And STILL No Weather Data is syncing to my brand new Vivosmart HR. I will add that I have the latest software version also.

Any further guidance would be appreciated. I dislike it when features of a product do not work as described.
