Having to pair multiples times a day...

I have a Galaxy Note 4 and I am having to re-pair my device multiple times every day. It seems as soon as I walk away from my phone for too long, it forces me to re-enter the six-digit code. I don't want this to continue and am hoping there is a simple fix.

Have you contacted user support? They will be able to provide more specific help. We occasionally see syncing/pairing issues with specific phone models. If they can't solve the issue immediately, the issue will get pushed to the development team.
