Login problem on Garmin Connect Mobile (3.1)

In my Motorola XT1225 with Android 5.0.2, Garmin Connect displays the following error message when trying to log in: "There was a problem when trying to access Garmin Connect." Thus, I can not access the GC by smartphone through Bluetooth. The version of my Garmin Connect the phone is 3.1. Has anyone had or have this problem?

I've tried clearing the cache, uninstall and install again, and nothing worked.

    Hi there, does anyone know how to fix this? I switched phones and tried everything so far (deinstalling, allowing stuff, rebooting) but on my Pixel 3a I get above mentioned error message and I cannot login to my account.
