I am completely new here and I honestly do not wish my fist post to be a bug report (I am actually putting together few lines about new version to repay your efforts with clear and concise feedback), yet it appears I have no choice. I am unable to sync my activies for approximitely 4 days now. I do not see my activities in both mobile and web interface. I am only using mobile device for syncing so I am posting in this section, hope that's fine.
Since Friday 23rd I am missing three activities (my runs to be specific) performed with Garmin Heart Rate Monitor (I bought a bundle). It appears the total amount of steps include those from my activity. Prior to that both manual and automatic syncing was working correctly. I have waited for automatic syncing to kick in and also tried manual sync for few times. I have also wiped application data and paired my device again. All my efforts were fruitless. I am attaching picture of diagnostic screen (btw: why do you allow export to file extensions that you do not support as an attachement on your forums?) and also adding latest syncing audit (the one after application data wipe a new pairing) at the end of this post.
I am also suspecting steps are synced incorrectly. For example I have manually synced twice in last 45 minutes (to be sure before reporting the bug) and made a short walk (+/- 200) between those sync yet both the mobile app and web interface does not show the updated step count.
Apart from application update that I performed during Wednesday or Thursday (is there a log somewhere in Play Store so I can provide exact date?) I also belive I have seen countdown on the screen on Sunday 24th. Does that mean you have pushed firmware update to Vivofit 2 devices? Could that be the source of the problem?
My setup is following:
Vivofit 2 (serial number 430813531), according to the last synced activity screen (Tue 20.10.2015) software version is 2.70.0.0
Nexus 5, Android 6.0 in the purest form (no root, no boatloader unlock, no tinkering at all), Garmin Connect is the first app I have installed (yep, I literally live inside Google world)
