Losing Goal Calories from MyFitnessPal

I just wanted to report that the Goal Calories in the Calories In/Out tab seem the be lost when the app logs an activity other than passive steps.
Once I go running and the calories are recorded, the goal calories are "--" and the calculations are thrown off.

I'm using a Fenix 3 and a Note 4 running Android OS 5.1.1

I have lost goal calories also. Am using iphone 6! And I am using calorie add from myfitnesspal. The more calories I burn, the more it says I am over goal for calories in/out. Any idea if garmin plans to fix this glitch? Also, I can’t add exercises. I have to add water workouts using myfitnesspal.

Great, keep the reports coming so maybe Garmin can look into this as well.
MFP is an integral part of my program and I'm looking forward to using it with my Garmin watch for a long time to come.
  • Have exact same problem. My daily/BMR goal appears at midnight when MFP resets for a new day, then disappears at 6pm MST each day. It started on October 20th, the release date of the new GCM version. Unfortunately, it wrecks the accuracy of the daily history. Galaxy S5 Lollipop with Fenix 3. The issue also manifests on the web browser version.

I have an active email dialog with support on this issue.

I have seen this issue as well. If you select the 'Sync Now' on the Calories In/Out widget on Garmin Connect web, GC syncs with MFP and it seems to fix everything. At least for a while. I will make sure the GC team is aware of this problem.

I was excited to see that MFP goal calories were being retained throughout the day for the past 3 days but by the end of today, the Connect App updated to 3.1 and I cannot connect my Fenix 3 to the app so this is a new problem.

I updated to V3.1 GCM on my Galaxy S5 and am using it with my Fenix 3 with no issues.

After unpairing and multiple attempts to re-pair the connection, V3.1 now connects.
Calorie goals still working at least for today.

    Losing Calorie Accuracy

Vivofit and Samsung Galaxy S5. Since October 20th, my consumption is not showing up at all on my Garmin Connect, even if I manually sync them and even if I relink the apps to eachother (I am not having any issues getting my steps on my MyFitnessPal app). This has happened before but not for more than a day or 2. It's also taking forever for me to sync the Vivofit to Garmin Connect. I'm getting really frustrated.
