I would like to negative adjustments so my garmin can sink my steps and activities to My Fitness pal on my phone. I sync all of the time but it tells me negative adjustments are disabled how do I enable ?? Please
On the MyFitnessPal page go to Settings/Diary and you'll find a check-box for Enable Negative Adjustments.
But at the moment since the new update it's behaving a bit strange. Not only the negative adjustment but all the calculations seems a bit off.
MFP isn't using the same values that Garmin Connect is showing and yesterday I had several negative adjustments listed.
Since the update all values on MFP are lower than in Garmin Connect. Not sure wherein the problem lies and will wait a few days to see if it starts working correctly again.
