Steps and sleep not syncing properly

My sleep hasn't been syncing properly for several days now. It shows no movement, even when I've gotten up and walked around. And my steps didn't sync right for yesterday. It shows less than 1/3 of the steps that I know I took because when I checked my device at 8:30p it was showing over 11000 and when I sync it shows 4000. I have tried to sync several times and my numbers for yesterday don't change to what they should be but my steps for today are (so far) updating fine. This is getting highly frustrating.

I am having the same issue from couple of days. My sleep is not showing and syncing. Garmin Connect shows sleep star time 3.30am and awake time 1pm or something. Which is not correct. But when I edit the times then it shows my sleep time.

What is the resolution for this?

Garmin implemented a fix. You should have nothing to do.
  • My sleep data disappeared on my day a week ago. It’s on my watch but not showing up on my phone. Any suggestions?

Tap Edit My Day at the bottom, and verify whether it is enabled. Go to Garmin Connect Web, and check whether the data is there. If not, check whether Heart Rate data is stored. If not, you may have a problem with syncing the data, or with multiple accounts being assciated with your watch.
