Can’t update the device to the latest firmware.

My “check-in” messages are not updating when I sync the phone app. I have double checked that the changes were made on the website. Also not letting me update the firmware the App link sends me to a dead end page

Hello 6163853 Please make sure to sync using both methods mentioned in this article Syncing the Garmin Explore App. I would also recommend uninstalling the explore app and reinstalling it.
