Can’t see tracks on earthmate app only Waypoints?

Hey all… I have an older inReach explorer I have for emergencies and would like to use my iPhone earthmate app for GPS guidance, tracking etc. I can see all my tracks that I made on my last phone with the app on explore.garmin.com but I can’t see any of those tracks on my new phone only the waypoints… Does that mean I lost all the tracks on my new phone and/or is there a way to download those tracks that I can see online but not on the app on my phone?

1581767 Hello, unfortunately tracks cannot be synced back over to the earthmate app. If you have not created them while using the app on the new phone then old tracks that are on your account cannot be moved back to the app as a track. You can however, convert them to a route and sync them over to the app as a route just not as a track.

How do you convert to route and sync over? I am having trouble doing that with mine. Thank you!
