Unable to pair Inreach Mini to IOS

Hi, no matter what I do, I cannot pair my Inreach Mini to my Earthmate on iOS. All software up to date. Error messages attached.

have tried reset, reinstall etc all logged in correctly and subscription active!

any ideas?

Fixed the problem, by connecting to another device, disconnecting and reconnecting to Earthmate on phone. No ide a why this worked!
