How do I get a route shown on my Inreach Explorer to show on my IPAD in Earthmate?

I am trying to use my IPAD as a bigger display in my Can-Am for off roading. I thought my IPAD would replicate the display on my Explorer when paired, but when I am navigating to a waypoint the IPAD does not display the track as being displayed on my Inreach Explorer. Will it do this?
