Earth, mate message screen sometimes comes up white

I have a Delorm in reach SE. I’ve got a Samsung S9 with the Earth Mate App

I am finding that when I’ve got absolutely no cell service and I bring up the Earth made app and go to messages. The screen is completely white. If I’ve got one bar of cell service, the message screen tends to come up this just recently started happening

I have Unpaired and repaired the device my Bluetooth on my phone and on the unreached device is both enabled. It shows connected on the in reached device. I just don’t know what other troubleshooting to do. I can still send messages through the end reach, but it is much easier to do it through the app

    When there’s no cell signal, the EarthMate app can have syncing issues that sometimes lead to a white screen. A few things you can try:

    • Make sure Bluetooth is connected, then force close the app and open it again.

    • Clear the app cache in your phone settings. This often fixes white screen problems.

    • Check that both the EarthMate app and your phone’s OS are fully up to date, since version issues can cause glitches.

    • If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall the app. A fresh install usually clears things up.

    These steps usually bring the app back to normal.
