Sync problem earthmate and inreach explorer+

Hi, I recently purchased an inreach explorer+. I installed earthmap on my android phone and subscribed to inreach service plan. Now I want to sync that to my device to upload a map and send a test message, but it won't sync. It keeps giving an error message that it is unable to sync. I just spend a total of 400 dollar and I can't even start using this device. Hoping someone can help me out.

Hello 2615833 It sounds like you may not be paired correctly. I would recommend uninstalling the app from your phone and then reinstalling it and pairing it again. Pairing an inReach SE+ or Explorer+ With a Phone or Tablet. Once you have done that if you are still having issues please try syncing with the inreach sync desktop app as well Updating inReach Firmware and Syncing Account Changes with inReach Sync.
