Location not showing when a message is sent through the Earthmate app

I sent a message from the Earthmate App with the location enabled. When the message was received, a link was included. However, when I clicked on the link, it just brought up a world map and did not have a pin on the location from where the message was sent. Any ideas as to why this may be happening? Messaging works fine from the inReach mini device just fine. Thanks!

This issue has been resolved. I had two problems: 1) the firmware was out of date. 2) I did not have my phone location turned on when I sent the message via Earthmate. Even though the message is sent via…

This issue has been resolved. I had two problems: 1) the firmware was out of date. 2) I did not have my phone location turned on when I sent the message via Earthmate. Even though the message is sent via link to the inReach, it uses your phone location, not the inReach location.
