Can't buy anything in Garmin IQ Store

Can't buy anything in Garmin IQ Store. Wallet is set up, Garmin Pay is working. When I paying at IQ Store, a message appears on the watch saying 'Need to set up Wallet' and the purchase does not go through. It's as if there is no linked card. What should I do?

    This could be caused by an issue with the wallet on the watch, we would recommend deleting any cards and resetting the wallet. 

    Removing a Card

    1. Open the Garmin ConnectTm app.
    2. Select More (bottom right).
    3. Select Garmin Pay.
    4. Select the desired card.
      • If necessary, select the device you want to remove the card from.
    5. Select Remove Card.

    Resetting the Wallet

    1. Open the Garmin ConnectTm app.
    2. Select More (bottom right).
    3. Select Garmin Devices.
    4. Select your device.
    5. Select Garmin Pay.
    6. Select Change Passcode.
    7. Select Forgot Your Passcode?
    8. Select Reset Garmin Pay.

    You can then set up your wallet again.

    But it didn't work. I still can't buy anything in the Connect IQ store. I don't understand what needs to be done.

    I have a Visa card connected in Garmin Wallet and I can make purchases in regular stores using Garmin Pay – that works. But when I try to buy something in Connect IQ, a message appears saying "Pay for purchases with your Garmin device" – I select "Continue", the watch shows the message "Retrieving information from wallet", then the watch prompts to set up Wallet, and Garmin Connect opens a form to add a card, as if nothing is set up. Connect IQ gives a payment error.
