Data transfer to Garmin Connect is impossible.

For the past 10 days, sleep data and Body Battery data have no longer been transferring to Garmin Connect.

I have turned the watch off and back on, and I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but without success.

Could you please help me?

My watch is forunner 255.

  •  In the app go to More → Garmin Devices → Forerunner 255 → tap the sync icon in the top right. If the issue persists, check out Garmin’s support video.
