Software version 26.09 breaking notifications

After getting the 26.09 update for my Fenix 7 smart notifications from my phone seems to be broken. Keep seeing way to many notifications compared to what my shows and when I click them I either get "Waiting for data" or I get into the notification that has already been closed on my phone.

Anyone else that has experienced this and might have some advice for a fix?

    Can you tell me any troubleshooting you have tried to resolve this since the update? 

    Syncing with Garmin Express, turning on/off Bluetooth, changing your notification settings back and forth?
