Device shows up in connect but wont show up in connect IQ

Just bought a Oregon 700. It syncs perfectly with the Garmin Connect app, but wont show up in the connect IQ app.

I just dont know what to do anymore, I cant install a single app because you cant install it trough Germin Express anymore.

I allready did the following, hopefully you lot can help me:

1. Everything is up to date, that apps and the devices

2. I rebooted both devices

3. I deleted the 2 garmin apps and re-installed them

4. I added the device, but sadly the same outcome

    Hi,

    I am having the same problem for the same device. It turns out that the IQ connect app doesn't support the Oregon 700 anymore.

    You can still update installed IQ apps through the Garmin Express desktop program, using a USB cable for the data link, but that program doesn't allow installing new apps.

    This really really sucks.

    Planned obsolescence.
