Garmin keeps cannceling my Garmin connect orders made via Garmin pay

Hi,

just bought a Venu 4 (before i was on vivoactive 4).

As the preloaded watchface isnt really appealing to me i tryed to buy a few different watchfaces Ie fenix 8 pro v3 (which looks amazing). I buy it with Garmin pay (i get debited at my bank) and it loadsok on the watche...but after a few hours or the next day i just receive the following email from Garmin

I get a refund on my bank acc and the watchface gets deleted. I tryed this a few times and the endresult is always the same.

I also tryed buying a different watchface and the situation is the same.

I checked my user details in my profile (name, address, phone number) and everything is correct so dunno why they are doing this since the order goes through. Its like they do not want my mone.

Has anybody else had a similar experience and knows how to solve it? Not sure if it would help if i contacted garmin directly.

I also do not see an option to make the purchase with a credit card directly or Paypal
