My Garmin Forerunner 245M fails to display step counts during both running and walking (see attached images). Additionally, the heart rate readings are incorrect—during yesterday’s 12KM run, it showed a minimum heart rate of 85 and a maximum of only 91 (see images), which is clearly inaccurate.
Furthermore, since I run at night, the watch screen does not light up automatically when I raise my wrist to check the time, pace, or other metrics. I have to press a button to turn on the display, which is highly inconvenient.
I’ve tried reconnecting via Bluetooth, resetting, and restarting the device multiple times, but none of these attempts resolved the issues.
