Just got 1st Garmin. Instinct 2s. Downloaded the Connect IQ app and it won't let me download anything. The button never appears, just a spinning loading circle forever. Tried clearing cache, clearing data, and reinstalling app. No luck

Glad to see I'm not alone! I have a email going with garmin support soe we'll see if they have any insight.
I had the same problem. Even Garmin chat was unable to help.
I finally accessed Garmin Connect iq with a browser on a PC. After I logged into my account, when I went to the iq store and selected a watch face, there was a download button. I clicked it and got a message that it would install the next time my watch syncs. I looked down at my watch and the new watch face was already there. I went back to the connect iq app and the circle was gone and a blue install button was in it's place.
Hopefully this works for the rest of you.
I looked last night on the app and it started working again, so I guess they fixed the problem.
