No idea how this works I keep trying to answer but it never shows up just get 500 responses from a moderator I'm totally lost. I contacted the developer for help

Which watch face? Do you have link to it on the CIQ website? If there's an issue with the watch face, you should send a message to the developer, using the link "contact developer."
