No Garmin watch detects viruses (it couldn't), my idea is to add a data field where we can enter the "illness" status
In this way we will be able to receive much more accurate and appropriate advice on the date on which it is possible to train because, even though I have the flu, I have a fair preparation for training but it would be inadvisable to sweat while I have the flu.
