Device in connect iq not connected / in connect app connected

Hello

since a few days my device is shown in connect iq as "not connected"

in normal connect app it is connected.

i can download apps from connect with my watch itself, but not over connect iq app.

what i already did:

removed my device from connect app

reinstalled connect iq app

added my watch in connect app again

startet reinstalled connect iq app, and then the watch was connected again in connect iq

1 day later, it was again as not connected

is this problem known somehow?
