Purchased watch face still says "your order is processing. check back soon" two days after purchasing

I purchased a watch face using Garmin Pay in the Connect IQ store. The money was taken from the card I have connected with Garmin Pay and the transaction has completed with money leaving my account.

The watchface still isn't available on my device, and if I select it in the store or from "My Watch Faces" it shows the message "your order is processing. check back soon".

Interestingly, it doesn't show in my list of "purchases" in the store either.

The big irony here is that I've never had any problems buying a code for "pro" versions of apps and faces in the store before, but Garmin Pay seems have complicated things and not made them simpler.

  • In your place I would contact the Support or the developer of the watch face. Or both of them.

  • I contacted Garmin on 25th Sept online and have had no response. I got in touch with the developer yesterday and got a response within 10 mins but they are powerless to help. Garmin look after all the payments and order processing apparently. 

    I've just raised a dispute with my debit card provider and won't be trying to buy anything using Garmin Pay in Connect IQ.

    Garmin support and software is becoming very low quality indeed.

  • This has also happened to me, did you get it resolved? I can’t go through the refund process as it is not showing on my orders although the money has been taken and I have the email confirmation. First and last time I will be ordering from this app!
