Garmin Instinct not working with samsung clock

Garmin Instinct used with samsung s21 ultra. All notifications are on, watch is updated and connected. Unable to get my phone alarm to notify on the watch. Looking for solutions.

If I understand correctly, do you want to be notified on the watch when the PHONE alarm becomes active?
