My Garmin venue sq music up until yesterday as connected to garmin connect but now it will not connect.

Please advise. I have uninstall ed and installed the app but still not pairing

My Garmin vivoactive 4S will not allow me to sync my Spotify music to it. My watch crashed and had to do reset and now, it will not sync my music.
