Cannot connect to garmin pay

Hi,

My phone is connected to the connect iq app but I cannot continue on Garmin Pay for some reasons. I have reinstalled the app and reseted the app already.

Arer you sure this isn't the Garmin Connect app and not Connect IQ?

Hey thanks, yes this is Connect App

And also when I open the wallet app on the watch it gets stuck on the syncing screen
