Venu 3 - delete previous sleep data

Hi all

Before I purchased my Venu 3, I was using an old Garmin watch from a family member. I linked this watch to my Garmin account and it started tracking my sleep activities.

However, I wasn't wearing the watch in bed so the software was trained with sleeping hours that are wrong. During these hours, the watch was just laying on the piano for 9 hours.

I am currently wearing my Venu 3 at night but I consistently get bad sleep scores and the watch wants me to sleep like 8.30 - 9 hours (i typically get around 7 hours of sleep).

Is there a way to remove all sleep-tracking data and start over?

Well, you can create a new GC account, but why don't you simply change the Bed & Wake Up Times in the settings (GC app Settings » User Settings » Sleep Settings)?

thanks for the tip, i just changed the bed & wake up time settings. Making a new GC account would also reset the HRV scores, that would be quite a loss.
