ConnectIQ error connecting to server(s)

Latest Google Play Store version 2.26.
Note: My android OS default locale is Hebrew...
I've tested it in Hebrew as well, got the same result.
Reproduction (as a starting point, See note above):
- Using an RTL language (e.g. Hebrew)
- Launch Connect IQ - Get the result as in the screenshot posted in original OT.
- Change locale to, ex. English-UK all working well.
- Restore original locale, on some times it is starting OK, on most times, It is showing the error...
On some occasions this bug is being fixed by following this:
- Clear cache or Clear application data
- Change locale to English - as example
- Launch Connect IQ - All working well.
- Ext Connect IQ
- Change locale back to RTL language
- Launch the Connect IQ again
