How can i install an app? Continue to ask update my epix but already the latest version.

I want to install a app (komoot) On my epix gen 2 sapphire edition. I can't install it because continue to tell me that i have to update my epix. The thing is i have already the latest software on my watch. I even tried to update it on Garmin express and say that already updated. But still don't work. Somebody can help me to solve the problem?
