Go to the "Training" widget on your watch and select "Workouts".
Select "Create a workout".
Choose "Strength" as the workout type.
Select "Add Exercise" and choose the exercises you want to include in your workout. For martial arts/boxing, you could include exercises such as punches, kicks, squats, lunges, and core exercises.
Set the duration and number of sets and repetitions for each exercise.
Add a warm-up and cool-down period to your workout.
