Workout options

How can I create a customised workout for Martial Arts / Boxing on Fenix 6S pro? 

  • here's the algorithm:

    1. Go to the "Training" widget on your watch and select "Workouts".
    2. Select "Create a workout".
    3. Choose "Strength" as the workout type.
    4. Select "Add Exercise" and choose the exercises you want to include in your workout. For martial arts/boxing, you could include exercises such as punches, kicks, squats, lunges, and core exercises.
    5. Set the duration and number of sets and repetitions for each exercise.
    6. Add a warm-up and cool-down period to your workout.
    7. Save the workout and give it a name.
