Watch says "connect to phone" randomly and freezes

It is not the phone, as this is across two separate phones. I have the instinct tactical 2 solar. I was hoping this latest update fixed it- but nope. And it did not do it before the last two updates. I literally have to turn the watch off, then back on, and it's fine after that.

Further, there is lag switching between "Stress" (First option in the menu.) and body battery, oftentimes, taking up to three seconds to scroll down.
