Venu 2 doesn't setup Wallet

Hi! I got my Garmin Venu 2 a few days ago.

I got some issues to install the lastest update into the watch, so I had to do it throug a Mac computer. After the update the watch was working properly (including the Wallet) but then, I started getting a message of restarting the watch for install an update, after a while, I wasn't able to sync with my phone cause it lost the reference, so I had to remove the watch from Connect IQ and start again.

Now the watch is working right, but there is no way to setup the wallet in it, even when everything was properly done in the app, and with different cards.

I already tried with:

  • Remove the watch from the APP and setup again
  • Remove cache and reinstall the APP
  • Factory Reset the watch and reinstall the APP
  • Sync from the Computer
  • Remove all the cards and do everything from scratch.

FYI: Everytime that I save a new card, the watch shows the message, but, the wallet remains empty.

Help?

  • Well, I was able to solved it by myself... I had to do everything again from an Iphone (at this point the wallet started working in the watch), then, I removed the device, and do it one more time in my Android and finally worked.
