Venu 2s watchfaces not installing

I am new to Garmin. I've installed Connect and IQ.

Android Samsung S22

I selected anew face from IQ and then when I locate in Connect under Appearance, and it lists the watch face in "not installed"

I clicked on it and the running man just runs, and runs and runs.

I have rebooted watch and phone, but still runs...

  • Does Connect IQ see it?

    You can try clearing the storage cache and force stopping both and swipe the active windows off and rebooting the phone and watch again.

    Then redo the download again and sync.

    However also check that the watch face is compatible with your watch.
