Intervall Timer App

Hi there
I am looking for a very simple app where I can time my interval sessions. I would like to be able to define when the watch should vibrate. For example, if I warmup for 10min, then run 5*3min fast with 4min slow in between, I would like to get a reminder after the first 10min, then after 3min, then after 4min, then after 3min, and so on. That way I wouldn't have to keep looking at the clock to see when the pace change is coming up.
