Can you disable automatic watch face updates?

I worry they will break great watch faces on my Epix 2. Can I disable it within connect iq ap itself? Or do I have to open every watch face on the connect app and prevent it one by one?

The updates is what prevents the watch faces to become obsolete and break.

Yes, that's right. Because I tried to explain you that updates help to keep the compatibility between the watch face and the watch software, so watch faces don't break. If you don't update the watch face, it's more probable that the watch face breaks with the time a new software release is published.

Anyway, there is a visible toggle button in Garmin IQ to disable auto update, is in 'My device' menu. Turn it off and you can update manually. You need to find the same option in Garmin express.
