Just wanted to put this out there.....
The type of SD card actually matters.....I tried using a class 10 sd card and it took forever to transfer charts. I upgraded to a class 3 card and it is now transferring and validating within minutes.
It can be a little confusing when purchasing....
Make sure it is labeled U3 (UGD Class 3). It may also say C10 (class 10) this just means it is backward compatible.
