Why is my fenix 7 giving incorrect measurements

I love my Garmin Fenix 7s. I have been a keen Garmin user for over 15 years. However, I just walked 10.5 miles over a 6 hour period but my watch only recorded half of this activity. The time walking and miles covered were way off being accurate! It has been doing this over the past month. I have already folled the online advice and ‘reset’ it but to no avail. Pleas advise how to correct this.

I really love my Garmin Fenix 7s and have been a loyal Garmin user for over 15 years. But lately, I’ve been facing a frustrating issue — my watch consistently under-records both distance and time during walks. For example, I just walked 10.5 miles over 6 hours, and it only tracked about half of it.

This has been happening for the past month, and I’ve already followed the online advice to reset the watch, but unfortunately it hasn’t helped.

Could someone from Garmin please assist or escalate this? I'd really appreciate a solution — it’s disappointing to see this from a product I’ve always trusted.
