Delete product from old profile

Good day, I am bought product and it is registered to my old Active Captain profila, which I can not retrieve anymore. I tryed to go for ''forgot password'' option on Active Captain application, but still had no luck in getting new password from the system. The reason is that I want to sell the product and the buyer can not register the item to his own Active Captain profile. Please advise me what steps I need to take to delete an item from my old profile.
