Change active captain

IGLS 10 ultra shows an old owner name email but I am actively using a completely different email address. User data sync is inactive because it says I am not The owner. How to fix this

Hello, it appears that your gadget is still holding onto the information from its former owner. First, investigate if you can sign out of any previous accounts or alter the owner email in your device's settings.
