active captain wont sync to echomaps...

does anyone have a solution to this?

i have downloaded 2 lakes from quickdraw community in activecaptian, but it wont show up on my echomaps 102 ultra, i have restart unit and phone, deleted and install active captian again, deleted all data on SD.... but it jus wont syc and show up on the unit,

i can see the lakes fine on my phone, but niot on my echomaps ?

when you click sync in the active captain app does it saying syncing?
I found I had to leave the phone connected for a while most of the time, especially with bigger map updates and stuff.
Last time I sync'd a larger map update I connected my phone to the chart plotter and showed syncing and left for an hour and came back to it still not finished. It goes from syncing to completed, back to syncing again, then completed again and over and over again a dozen times doing small pieces each time.
