Active Captain Wants to Update Software

I am running a Garmin 8616 XSV for Volvo Penta. After a lot of hassles where software 36.00 install would hang, I finally have my two chartplotters updated to 36.00. However, AC still thinks I need the update and keeps asking me to install the updates. I said yes one and it went back to hanging at the Network Updates in Progress.
how can I get AC to register that my chartplotters are now up to date?

I had a similar problem, and it seems to that a couple Garmin GC14 cameras I had installed were implicated. They are power over ethernet devices and the guy that installed them did not use POE isolators. This causes some sort of power feedback that in turn causes weird things to happen with the MFDs. I unplugged the cameras and my MFDs stopped asking to install 36.00 (which I had already installed after many hours of forced installs and forced shutdowns). I also have some friends that have problems with v36.00 too. So maybe it's a combination of the two.
