Garmin Venue, the screen is very dull almost black in spots. Hiking activity that I can add to my watch.

I have a Garmin Venu, The screen is very dull, almost black in spots in spite of putting on the full brightness, very hard to see when running. very frustrating - help please. Also is there a hiking app I can install on my watch. Thanks Marcella

Which Venu? Venu, Venu Sq, Venu 2, Venu 2 Plus, Venu Sq 2, or Venu 3.

All of these except the Venu 3 are likely out of warranty period. Nonetheless, I recommend reaching out to Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options. Email exchanges take a lot of time.

No. I sent my watch off to Bray in Wicklow for a refubed replacement exchange but haven't heard a thing since. Are there any email addresses or phone number for Ireland
