I've been contemplating Garmin's Sleep Series award: 4 points for achieving a Sleep Score of 75 or more for 7 consecutive days, which can be earned up to 250 times, totaling 1000 points for sleep alone. It seems quite generous, doesn't it?
While consistent good sleep is undoubtedly important, does this award perhaps overshadow other fitness achievements? Should Garmin consider a more balanced approach in its rewards system?
